Read full review here – This mic has a very smooth sound with a non hyped upper midrange and top end. Most other tube mics close to this price range have an over hyped top end usually due to an improperly matched Chinese capsule. It has the slight rounding of transients that we all love from tubes. The noise floor is quite good and wasn’t an issue at all for me. The build quality of the mic and power supply is very solid with quality caps and resistors, etc being used.

Read full review here – It appears to me that Lauten Audio has employed all its definitive characteristics into its most flexible, refined and versatile mic to date. I simply can’t imagine the Eden doing a poor job of anything. I would expect it to excel at any and all sources with proper use of its patterns, filters and voicings. This is not hyperbole; it’s that good.
